• Anaesthetic Effect: The anaesthetic will last for 2-3 hours, so please take your pain-relieving medication within this timeframe. 

• Discomfort: Mild discomfort may occur for 2-3 days after the procedure. This can be managed with the prescribed medications. 

• Oral Hygiene: You can brush your teeth normally, including the root canal-treated tooth. 

• Avoid Hard Foods: Refrain from chewing hard items like nuts, chocolate, and bones on the treated tooth until it has been crowned or capped. 

• Crowning: Schedule your crown placement for the root canal-treated tooth approximately one week after the procedure or once you are feeling completely fine. Delaying this step increases the risk of tooth fracture.
